Accessibility

This site is built so that every student can use it. These are the commitments.

• Everything works with a keyboard alone. Every button can be reached with the Tab key and has a clear outline when it is selected.
• Every figure has a text description for screen readers, written so that a student who cannot see the figure can still work the question.
• The text uses Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for easy reading, and it stays readable when you zoom to 200%.
• The pages work on a phone and do not need sideways scrolling.
• Movement is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Text and background colours keep a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1.
